Flexible Ticket Exchanges

Ticket buyers may exchange tickets from one event into another event within the same UCLA Live season for an exchange handling fee of $6 per ticket.

The ticket buyer must pay the difference if the event being exchanged into has a higher ticket price than the first event. The ticket buyer will not be refunded the difference if the event being exchanged into has a lower ticket price than the first event.The nonrefundable portion of the ticket price will go to support the UCLA Live program although is not tax-deductible or eligible for official donation through UC Regents.

Once a ticket buyer has exchanged out of an event and into another, there are no guarantees that the seats for the first event will still be available if the ticket buyer changes his/her mind.

Tickets must be exchanged no later than 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges must be made by phone via UCLA Central Ticket Office at 310.825.2101 during business hours, 10am-4pm Mn-Fr, 10am-2pm Sa-Su. Exchanges are not permitted at the theater box office.

The $6 handling fee and non-refundable difference in ticket price does not apply to Royce Center Circle members, who maintain free exchanges as part of their benefits package.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except for cancelled events that are not rescheduled.
